These terms define how the MPSIndex Partner Program works, how commissions are tracked, when commissions may become payable, and when MPSIndex may review, deny, or withhold commissions.
Participation in the MPSIndex Partner Program does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, joint venture, franchise, or legal representation between the partner and MPSIndex.
Partners act as independent business promoters and may only present MPSIndex in a truthful, accurate, and professional manner.
Each approved partner receives a unique partner code and partner link.
A referred customer may be connected to a partner profile when the customer visits MPSIndex through a valid partner link and completes a qualifying paid subscription.
MPSIndex may reject, review, or remove tracking where the tracking is incomplete, manipulated, fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid, or commercially unreasonable.
Partner commission may be earned only from valid paid subscriptions that are successfully processed through MPSIndex.
Commission is not guaranteed simply because a customer was referred, registered, visited the website, started checkout, or appeared in the Partner Command Center.
Partner commission is based on active paid subscription events.
If a referred customer cancels the subscription, stops paying, fails payment, requests a refund, triggers a chargeback, or otherwise becomes non-active, future partner commission is not payable for that subscription.
Pending or visible commission amounts are not automatically payable. They may remain under review until MPSIndex confirms that the related payment and subscription are valid.
Renewal commission may apply only to uninterrupted active subscription renewals connected to the original qualifying subscription.
If a customer cancels and later starts a new subscription, that new subscription does not automatically generate commission for the original partner.
MPSIndex reserves the right to keep the commercial value of future re-subscriptions unless a new valid partner attribution is intentionally created and accepted by MPSIndex.
A commission marked as “under review” is not payable until reviewed and approved by MPSIndex.
MPSIndex may place commissions under review in cases including, but not limited to:
Partner payouts are subject to approval by MPSIndex.
MPSIndex may define a minimum payout threshold. Commissions below the minimum threshold may remain unpaid until the threshold is reached.
Payouts may require the partner to provide valid billing, tax, bank, or invoice information. Where required, payment may only be made against a valid invoice issued by the partner to Dawn Tech Application Kft.
MPSIndex may delay, deny, reduce, or reverse payout requests if the underlying commission is invalid, disputed, refunded, charged back, under review, or connected to a policy violation.
Partners must not:
Partners may use approved MPSIndex materials only for the purpose of promoting MPSIndex.
Partners may not alter the MPSIndex brand in a way that creates confusion, damages reputation, or suggests an unauthorized relationship.
MPSIndex may request removal or correction of any partner content at any time.
MPSIndex reserves the right to monitor partner activity, traffic quality, customer behavior, payment activity, refund patterns, and attribution data.
If fraud, abuse, manipulation, self-referral, or suspicious behavior is detected, MPSIndex may:
MPSIndex may modify commission percentages, payout rules, tracking rules, approval rules, payout thresholds, or these Partner Program Terms at any time.
Where reasonable, MPSIndex will display or communicate updated terms through the Partner Command Center or other official channels.
Continued use of the Partner Program after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
MPSIndex may pause, suspend, or terminate a partner account at any time if the partner violates these terms, damages the MPSIndex brand, creates legal or platform risk, or engages in activity that MPSIndex considers harmful.
The partner may also stop promoting MPSIndex at any time.
Termination does not automatically create a right to unpaid, pending, or under-review commissions.
The Partner Program is a performance-based business program. MPSIndex does not guarantee partner income, traffic, conversion rates, payout amounts, or customer retention.
All commission decisions remain subject to MPSIndex review, payment validity, subscription status, and compliance with these terms.
